<p>Ken Follet's best-selling novel, and award-nominated TV series, The Pillars of the Earth is becoming an adventure game.</p><p>It's Daedalic Entertainment, the German adventure game studio behind Edna &amp; Harvey and the Deponia series, that is developing it.</p><p>It's said to be a multimedia experience, which may be referring to the fact that Follet is working on another novel, or something else.</p><p>The new novel will be set in the fictional medieval town of Kingsbridge in South England, as will be the game. The story of the game will be based on the happenings of The Pillars of the Earth, though.</p><p>Unfortunately, if you're now anticipating this upcoming game, you've got a long wait. The game, and Follet's new novel, isn't due to be released on iOS (and PC and consoles) until 2017.</p>�
